About UV Printing

UV printing is a technology that uses ultraviolet light to cure or dry the ink as it is printed.

When applied to BioThane®, a durable and waterproof material, the result is vibrant, precise, and long-lasting designs, ideal for outdoor and pet products. We specialize in this printing method to create distinct, colourful patterns on Beta BioThane®, offering customization and a variety of designs suitable for different personal or commercial needs. We use eco-friendly inks that do not release any smell.

This method not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also maintains the functional benefits of BioThane®, making it perfect for innovative and stylish pet accessories.

Custom Order File Requirements

File Type: PDF, PSD, JPG, PNG, Illustrator EPS, Illustrator AI.

Resolution: Minimum 300 dpi.

Colour Space: CMYK or RGB (note that a color shift may occur when converting to CMYK).

Length Matching:

For BioThane straps of various lengths, ensure the artwork corresponds to the requested strap length.

Width Matching:

The height of the artwork should match the width of the Beta Biothane that you are printing on.

*please include a 0.0625" bleed line at the top and bottom*

For bulk orders: a seamless pattern is required*

Order Processing Time

Your order will be shipped out within 3-7 business days, although most orders are processed sooner. You will be notified along with a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Shipping

We ship the most economical way, usually by UPS, Purolator, DHL, GLS, ICS or Canpar. We use UPS or FedEx for international shipping. Please specify if another method is preferred.

International Orders

International shipments will be subject to your country's customs fees. We do not hold responsibility for any such fees incurred. Tracking information will be sent to you upon dispatch of your order.
